IRIB: Iran "welcomes" back Persian Jews

Welcome back,
Your dreams were your ticket out.

Welcome back,
To that same old place that you laughed about.

Well the names have all changed since you hung around,
But those dreams have remained and they're turned around.

Who'd have thought they'd lead ya (Who'd have thought they'd lead ya)
Here where we need ya (Here where we need ya)
The Islamic Revolution Leader's Advisor, Ali Akbar Nateq Nuri, renewed on Friday IRI offer to hold referendum by participation of original Palestinians of any faith under UN supervision to resolve the Palestinian issue.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has always supported the idea that all the Palestinians and immigrant Jews must return to their country of origin, Asharq Alawsat qouted Nateq Nuri as saying.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran welcomes all Iranian Jews who have immigrated to the occupied Palestine," the IRI Leader's Advisor stressed.

Speaking to reporters in Cairo he said the Islamic Republic of Iran supports all Palestinian and Lebanese factions, adding "Tehran's support to Hezbollah Movement backs to its braveness in fighting against the Zionist regime."

Reffering to the meeting between Iranian and Egyptian delegations, Nateq Nuri said that the two countries' efforts to expand mutual ties will affect regional issues such as crisis in Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine.

At the end of his remarks, Nateq Nuri hailed Egyptian President's measures in opening Rafah crossing to help the Palestinian besieged people in the Gaza Strip.
It was a crazy week.
